Knitted as a dish washcloth, Jakobína Vilhelmsdóttir's artist's eyes for color distinguishes this as a work of art. The artist from northern Iceland, lived on Vestmannaeyjar before moving to Reykjavik. She worked as a nurse for many years, now retired and pursuing the art of knitting.
