Fruited Oatmeal for Painting

After photographing the sliced pear (and an apple)
outside in the snow I came in and made breakfast
to eat while I painted the pear, low fat and low sugar.

1 sliced then diced, large chucks pear
1 sliced then diced, large chucks apple
1/2 cup rolled oats oatmeal (called porridge in Iceland)

1 heaping tablespoon of organic cinnamon from Vietnam
1/4 cup walnuts

Microwave on high for six minutes, then top with

Two large dollops of Green Mountain Creamery
0% fat Greek Yogurt (called Skyr in Iceland)
A smattering of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
a dash of organic agave five
